I instruct Personal training in a private gym with a treadmill, bike, x-trainer, cable and free weights and access to private swimming pool.

 

In summer and light evenings, I also do one on one circuit training, road / cross country running or cycling, specific to your fitness level.

 

Does this sound like your kind of training? If so the first personal training session is free so we can talk about your goals and make realistic targets on how we will work together to achieve what is best for you.

 

Sessions last for 1 hour and are £30, but with bulk buying sessions you can save money.

I personal train Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday evening at various times, also Monday, Thursday and Saturday day times available.
